Deposit: 50% of total stay. We're flexible on this with longer and/or multi-room reservations.
Cancellation: 14 or more days notice, Deposit refunded less $25 processing fee.
Less than 14 days notice, Deposit refunded if room is re-booked less $25 processing fee.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, Cheques, and Cash in Canadian funds.
Taxes: Room rates shown below do not include any taxes. We are required to collect both GST & PST totaling 10% for accomodation and 13% for any artwork sold.
Update: On July 01, 2010, Ontario's new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will take effect and replace the GST & PST. The new HST tax rate will be 13%.
